A new season is upon us, and thanks to the summer sun, your hair is definitely in need of mending! So whether you’re looking to try something new, or simply want to know what styles will look best for Labor Day, stay tuned because we are here to help!
Fall’s Greatest Accessory: Hair Color
If you’ve ever had the urge to darken you hair, Fall is the time. With autumn right around the corner, be bold by going chestnut, auburn, chocolate brown, or caramel. You may want to invest in a rosy blush to give your cheeks definition, which will compliment your hair too. We love using the John Frieda Precision Foam Colour to darken our hair!
Two to three shades darker are ideal. You don’t want a drastic change, and changing to a much darker color could wash out your skin tone, so be sure to choose a color only a few levels darker than your summer hue.

Bronzer: Your new sidekick
The Fake bake bronzy babe bronzing compact is everything you need to keep the paleness from taking over. This compact bronzing powder is a quick and affordable way of recreating that summer glow without having an actual tan! Its color gives a more natural tan as opposed to the unwanted orange pigment.
By stroking your cheekbones with a bronzing brush you’ll be able to contour your face while looking like your summer tan has lasted!

Condition that hair

With damage from the summer sun, sand, and surf, deep conditioning treatments are a must as fall rolls around. By using a moisturize Repair conditioner on your dehydrated hair, you will be able to have fresh and bouncy hair waves in no time. With repaired hair, creating awesome looks for that Labor Day barbeque will become a whole lot easier. We highly recommend the One’n Only Argan Oil Moisture Repair Conditioner

Classic Labor Day Look
Labor day marks the end of the summer, so why not recreate for one last time the iconic beach waves hairstyle. This style is super easy to make and can be done with our without heat!

No Heat Beach Waves:
After a shower, braid your damp hair and leave it in overnight.
In the morning take out the hair scrunchies and use a sea salt spray to finish the look.
Your hair will take its natural wave!

Heat Beach Waves:
Separate your hair into two sections using a clip to hold up half.
Using your clipless curler, take a strand of you hair and wrap it around starting from top and ending at bottom.
Continue this until your full head is done.
You will have beach waves in no time!
